Our History

Grubless Property Services began in 2002 when David & Tracy Thomsen saw a need to provide quality cleaning services, combined with strong supervision and quality assurance controls to the Commercial sector. With many years in sales & office management, David & Tracy knew the value of good facilities management & the benefit it was to the companies they had worked for.

From the beginning, Grubless Property Services has experienced strong, steady & continual growth. We have developed long term relationships with many of our customers, some of whom have been with us since the start. We have been providing quality cleaning services to many medical centres, professional offices and over 120 Bank sites around Brisbane since early 2006. Many of which are located in major shopping centres. Some of our other customers include Body Corporates such as Barard Management & Body Corporate Services. We also look after a number of Restaurants, Shopping Centres, Child Care Centres, Warehouses and others.
